Q:   I do not see my local shop that I usually go to on your dealer list. Can I still purchase JIC products from them?
A:   Most likely they can get our products but they will not be an authorized dealer and when they install your products, the warranty may be voided. The best thing to do is to let us know which shop you go to, and we can set something up with your local shop to have them become an official JIC authorized dealer.
Q:   It says that my FLT-A1/FLT-A2 comes with camber plates on your website but when I got the coilovers, it did not come with camber plates. Why is that?
Q:   I got this suspension used from this guy, and I don’t know what it is or how old it is. Can you guys tell me what it is and if I need to rebuild it?
Q:   I have an old, discontinued coilover but I see that you have a newer version for the same vehicle. May I trade it in for a discount?
